Before attending the Juilliard School, Andrew grew up in Roanoke, Texas, where he began to play trombone at age 10. In high school, he was a member of the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra, as well as a member of the National Youth Orchestra during the summer of 2021. As a part of these ensembles, he grew a love for playing orchestral music and a desire to pursue orchestral performance as a career.
When not playing trombone, Andrew enjoys to run, read, and ski during the winter months.
